FOR LEGAL REASONS & COMPLIANCE ISSUES

(Plain language)

Coalitions for Community Development and Economic Empowerment (CCDEE)

A 501(c)(4) Social Welfare Organization

Purpose & Scope

CCDEE provides financial literacy education, ecosystem coordination, and institutional referrals to licensed and regulated financial institutions. CCDEE does not provide investment advice, underwriting, fund management, or lending decisions.

All funding decisions are made independently by participating institutions.

The Ecosystem-Based Financial Engagement Model

CCDEE educates members on the advantages of engaging multiple complementary financial institutions, each serving a defined role within an established economic ecosystem.

These ecosystems are:

  • Licensed and regulated

  • Long-standing and operational at scale

  • Actively deploying capital across global markets

This multi-institution structure mirrors standard operating practices of foundations, corporations, endowments, and high-net-worth families.

Typical Ecosystem Components

  • Core banking institution (cash flow and credibility)

  • Credit or capital provider (grants or commercial lending)

  • Investment or treasury platform (reserves and long-term growth)

  • Risk management and protection partner (insurance and compliance)

  • Optional education or infrastructure partners

Outcomes Disclaimer

CCDEE does not guarantee funding, approval, or financial outcomes.
Participation may improve readiness, alignment, and access probability, depending on individual circumstances and institutional criteria.

Capital Alignment Parameters (Eligibility Criteria)

To maintain institutional alignment, CCDEE works exclusively with applicants interested in the following capital ranges:

Non-Profit Organizations

  • Minimum grant interest: $100,000

  • Maximum coordination scope: $5,000,000

Small & Growth-Stage Businesses

  • Minimum loan interest: $500,000

  • Maximum coordination scope: $25,000,000

Applicants outside these parameters are not aligned with CCDEE’s ecosystem model.

CCDEE affiliates and or sponsors may receive a 4%–7% administrative and coordination fee, payable only upon successful funding, typically disbursed from escrow or concurrently with institutional wire or deposit. ( Typically associated fees may include but not limited to brokers fees, realtor commissions, escrow cost, loan originations and more)*
