Connecting Contracting Dollars to Local Communities

Turning Opportunity Into Economic Stability

Every year, billions of dollars in public and private contracts are awarded—but too many qualified local businesses never see them. The reason isn’t lack of skill or capacity. It’s access, administration, and expertise.

CCDEE exists to close that gap.

We bring contracting opportunities directly into local communities by identifying, qualifying, and supporting contractors and vendors who are already doing the work—but need the structure, systems, and guidance to compete and win.

What We Do

CCDEE provides end-to-end contract readiness and acquisition support, so businesses can focus on delivery while we handle the complexity.

We manage:

  • Opportunity sourcing and contract identification
  • Registrations, certifications, and compliance administration
  • Bid preparation support and submission management
  • Ongoing reporting, renewals, and post-award administration
  • Strategic guidance to improve long-term contract readiness

From first registration to sustained participation, we handle the administration and expertise required to compete in today’s contracting environment.

Who We Serve

Contractors & Vendors

Local businesses, trades, service providers, and suppliers who want:

  • Access to real contracting opportunities
  • A clear path to bid readiness
  • Administrative support without building an internal team
  • Long-term revenue stability through contracts

Communities

When local businesses win contracts:

  • Jobs stay local
  • Dollars circulate locally
  • Skills, infrastructure, and capacity grow
  • Communities gain long-term economic resilience

Contracting isn’t just business—it’s community development.

Why CCDEE

Most businesses don’t fail to win contracts because they aren’t capable.
They fail because the system is fragmented, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate alone.

CCDEE provides:

  • Structure where there is confusion
  • Access where there are barriers
  • Expertise where there is uncertainty
  • Continuity where opportunities are often one-off

We don’t just help businesses pursue contracts—we help them build financial security and sustainable growth through repeatable, compliant participation.

Our Mission

To channel contracting opportunities into local communities by equipping contractors and vendors with the administration, sourcing, and expertise required to succeed—creating lasting economic impact beyond a single award.

Ready to Get Started?

If you’re a contractor or vendor ready to access new opportunities—and want a partner who manages the process from start to finish—CCDEE is your gateway.

Opportunity is out there.
We help you reach it—and turn it into lasting impact.

About C.C.D.E.E.

Build It Once-Get Funded Everywhere

There are thousands of banks and money companies whose main job is to give money to businesses so those businesses can grow.
These banks want to lend or invest money, but only to businesses that are set up the right way and follow the rules.
Because there are so many businesses out there, banks pay other people (called marketers) to go out and find good businesses for them.
So instead of businesses chasing banks, banks are actually paying people to look for businesses that qualify for money.

Public Law-Business Money

The 8(a) Sole Source Small Business Certification is not a grant and not a theory—it is a federal program created by law to move real government money directly to economically disadvantaged businesses. In this class, Coalition for Community Development and Economic Empowerment (CCDEE) breaks down Public Law 95-507 in plain language and shows you how to position your business to qualify, avoid common disqualifiers, and access contracts that do not require competitive bidding. If you own a business and want to understand how the government is legally required to work with you, this class is your starting point..

Own It Now

Becoming a real estate professional means mastering both the science and the art of how real estate transactions actually move. It is not just about buying property—it is about knowing how to organize and align brokers and agents, loan officers and mortgage brokers, private and institutional lenders, appraisers, contractors, and city and county permitting offices into a single, coordinated transaction. When you understand these principles—and the real estate laws that govern them—you learn how deals are structured, risk is reduced, and capital is positioned. That knowledge is what allows professionals to acquire property with little to no money down, leverage other people’s expertise and capital, and systematically build a scalable real estate empire.

A National Call to Action for Community Leaders, Nonprofits, and Veterans

Re: Turn-Key 501(c)(4) Chapter Formation, Veteran Empowerment, and Sustainable Community Economics

Dear Community Leader, Nonprofit Executive, and Change-Maker,

Across the United States, communities are filled with capable leaders, committed nonprofits, and mission-driven individuals who want to do more—but are constrained by fragmented funding, slow approvals, and administrative barriers that prevent real impact.

Today, that model changes.

The Coalition for Community Development and Economic Empowerment (CCDEE) announces a national expansion initiative that allows qualified nonprofits and community leaders to operate turn-key chapters under a single 501(c)(4) umbrella, dramatically reducing cost, time, and friction—while expanding real services, real jobs, and real ownership opportunities for veterans and communities nationwide.

A New Model: One Umbrella. Many Chapters. Immediate Impact.

Instead of forcing each nonprofit to independently qualify, re-apply, and reinvent infrastructure in every jurisdiction, CCDEG has implemented a centralized chapter system.

Under this model:

  • CCDEG serves as the national parent 501(c)(4)

  • Chapters operate locally, but within a pre-approved, compliant framework

  • Programs are deployed immediately—without waiting years for funding or approvals

This approach is not theoretical. It is operational.

Third-Party Vetting to Ensure Speed, Integrity, and Scalability

To streamline chapter approval while maintaining compliance and integrity, C.C.D.E.E. has appointed DAO Nation as an independent third-party administrator responsible for vetting and approving chapter applicants.

DAO Nation provides:

  • Identity and organizational vetting

  • Jurisdictional eligibility review

  • Operational readiness confirmation

  • Turn-key chapter issuance

Fee: $495.00
This single, flat fee replaces the far higher cost of independent nonprofit qualification and duplication of compliance efforts across states.

Approved chapters are immediately eligible to operate C.C.D.E.E. programs in their jurisdiction. Help us continue to provide support and services to families in need by making a donation. Every contribution makes a difference.

What Chapters Can Do Immediately

Once approved, chapters may administer the C.C.D.E.E. Vet-Med Program, as outlined in the C.C.D.E.E. program documentation, including:

  • Veteran housing pathways (ownership, lease, lease-to-own, temporary housing)

  • Real estate acquisition using VA COE and DD-214 integration

  • Licensed non-medical healthcare services that generate recurring income

  • Job creation for veterans and non-veterans

  • CLIA laboratory integration for health monitoring and revenue expansion

  • CPOM-compliant MSO structures to scale services and donations

  • Click-to-Earn referral infrastructure with automated weekly payouts

This model allows chapters to operate, earn, and expand—without relying solely on grants or government subsidies to survive.
